Let’s Stand with the Griggs Family!
This GoFundMe is for Danny Griggs Junior, also known as D. Joe by his friends and family. He and his wife, Misty, are in need of our help as D. Joe, who is 47, has the condition known as Interstitial Lung Disease. Pulmonary Embolism indicates he’s in need of a lung transplant.
The Griggs are the owners of the Kokomo Country Palace Restaurant and Bar in Kokomo. D. Joe was skilled at making taco salads, pizza, and a full menu in their kitchen. Since he was the culinary assistant teacher at Kokomo High School and both had been assistant managers at Hacienda for several years, they made a great team at their newly purchased business. Unfortunately, nearly a year ago, D. Joe could no longer work with his compromised health. Their battle continued to set him back when D. Joe had to undergo surgery to remove a blood clot last week. Currently, he remains in an Indianapolis hospital, with his condition rapidly changing.
Let's all see what we can donate, when possible, for the Griggs' medical concerns and, as we know, unexpected costs that are sure to come about. Of course, they will appreciate needed prayer,
