Help Support Elton (Coach) Cooke in his Journey of dialysis and Kidney Transplant. Coach Cooke always worries about other people and has dedicated his life to help kids achieve their basketball dreams and now its his turn for us to help him. He is currently suffering from End stage renal disease (stage 5) and he is now on dialysis. He is hoping to be listed in the transplant list very soon as his first transplant appointment is 9/5. Due to his condition, he has accumulated a lot of medical bills and out of pocket expenses. Elton has never asked for anyone to help him and didn't want me to do this go fund me, but I am trying to make life as easy for him as I can.
