Stand with Cindy: Tim's Leukemia Battle

My name is Stephanie. I created this page because a few people asked about a GoFundMe trying to help raise money for my sister, Cindy Perry, and her husband, Tim Perry. Tim went to the hospital last week thinking he had pneumonia but found out he has leukemia. He was life-flighted to The Mayo Hospital in Jacksonville, FL this afternoon. They were told he would be there for at least 3 weeks, maybe longer. She is not working at this time; she will be with him. I'm hoping to minimize the burden and some of the cost. As we all know, hospitals are expensive, but when you have to travel out of town, it's an even worse burden and worry with the hotel cost, gas, and food. With help, they can concentrate on Tim's treatments, and Cindy won't have to worry about the other stuff. Tim is a loving husband, father, step father and pa who is loved very much. Cindy has worked tirelessly for most of her life raising money and organizing events for others in need, such as the Covenant Hospice and American Cancer society Relay for life. She loves helping others; it's one of her passions. Now she needs help. Every little bit will add up. Thank you, and if you can't donate, we do ask for every prayer we can get. We know God can do anything, and we are believing in a miracle for Tim. The money will be used to help off set the cost of housing during the stay, food and gas. And any other needs that may come up. So she can concentrate on Tim. We appreciate any and all help.
