This isn’t about winning. It’s about surviving, staying safe, and making sure Emilea and I aren’t silenced, erased, or pushed out again due to a lifetime of being abused.

About Me:

I’m an educator with over a decade of experience, multiple degrees in education, and a lifelong commitment to helping students thrive… especially those from underserved communities. I’ve worked in public schools, virtual classrooms, and community-based programs, always with the same goal: to make learning meaningful, inclusive, and empowering.

I’ve built entire classroom environments from scratch. I’ve fought to protect vulnerable students socially, emotionally, and academically.

I’ve integrated art, storytelling, and technology to reach learners of all backgrounds and abilities.

My classroom has always been more than a place to teach. It’s a safe space, a sanctuary, and a launchpad for kids to find their voices.

Ive stood up to school districts and even taken title IX cases to the federal government in defense of my students I willingly quit my job.
