Help Chuck Rebuild His Life After False Accusations

We’re raising funds to help Chuck, a loving father and hardworking union employee, who is currently in jail facing devastating accusations that we believe are completely false.

Chuck has been part of his children’s lives from the beginning. He’s worked in the same union job since he was 19 years old and has always done his best to support and stay connected to his kids, even through hard times.

Recently, a family court ruling gave Chuck back his visitation rights. Just one day later, Chuck was arrested during a custody exchange, and everything changed. He has since:

• Faces the loss of his career

• And is unable to defend himself without help

Chuck has no history of violence or abuse. Those who know him, family, friends, coworkers all know the truth: he is a peaceful man and a loving dad. These accusations do not reflect who he is.
