Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

We're reaching out on behalf of our beloved nephew Chris, a kind and hardworking man who recently underwent emergency brain surgery to remove a tumor. While the surgery was successful in removing the tumor, Chris unfortunately suffered a stroke during recovery. As a result, he has lost the ability to use the right side of his body and is now beginning what will be a long and challenging journey through rehabilitation and healing.

Chris’s fiancée, Karah, has been by his side every step of the way, putting work and everything else on hold to care for him. But as you can imagine, the medical bills, therapy costs, and everyday living expenses are quickly adding up. Neither Chris nor Karah will be able to return to work for several months, and they need our help to get through this incredibly difficult time.

We are raising funds to help cover:

Medical and rehabilitation expenses not fully covered by insurance

Rent, utilities, and day-to-day living costs while they are both out of work

Travel expenses to and from hospitals and therapy centers

Home modifications or mobility aids as needed for Chris’s recovery

Chris has always been the kind of person who steps up for others—now it's our turn to step up for him. Any amount you can give will make a meaningful difference in helping him and Karah focus on what matters most: healing, hope, and holding on to each other.
