My name is Teresa Garrett and my daughter’s boyfriend, Chase Jones, was in a head on collision accident on his way home from work. He is in critical condition at Grant fighting for his life. Maizie has been by his side in the hospital and their son Zayne is waiting patiently to see his daddy.

Chase is in ICU on a ventilator. He has had several surgeries including his spleen removed, liver repaired, his left leg reconstructed, his right ankle reconstructed and he has more to come. His neck is broken at C7 and he will have MRI to see if the spinal cord was injured. He had multiple stitches on his face and his eye socket is broken. He is struggling to breathe without the ventilator at this time.

He has a long road of recovery and their family needs help. Please pray for Chase and his family. If you feel like you want to help, please do so. Anything will help! The $6000.00 would cover their rent for 6 months and give Chase time to heal and not worry about his family and their well being.
