Hi. My name is Rachel, and I’m continuing this GoFundMe for my dear friend Jenni Gettmann and her family. Her son Charlie had major heart surgery on May 13th. After several days at Doernbecher he continues to recover at home. 

We are reaching out for support again. In July, both Jenni and Charlie will be having surgery because she is donating her kidney to him.

The family income is greatly impacted because Jenni has been off work to care for him and then she will have surgery herself because she is donating her kidney to save Charlie’s life.  Kidney transplant is scheduled in July.

Money raised will be given to their family to be used for paying bills, buying groceries, and to help with the cost of fuel with the frequent trips to OHSU.

Charlie and Jenni are fighters! Let’s help carry their load by helping them to not have to worry about finances.
