Our kind friend, Chad Lee Swanson of Lacey, WA, is 48 and is beloved by his community and partner, Kamala. He graduated in the class of '95 at River Ridge High School where he played baseball and went on to The Culinary Institute of Oregon, graduating in 2008. His son, Mason, just turned 16 last week when Chad was given a hard diagnosis of stage 4 cancer metastasis on his liver.

Chad has been a single father and only care provider for Mason since 2019. He will begin treatment for his diagnosis and both Chad and Mason have a support group throughout this process. Chad has not been able to work for several months now and this page is dedicated to Chad and Mason's financial support.
