On Thursday, November 6, 2025 Carlos Zapata’s life changed.

He was driving his wife to work that day and was stopped by ICE agents in the City of Fitchburg’s Massachusetts.

He was in the vehicle with his 18 month old daughter and wife. His wife was the target of the stop. ICE agents used excessive force on Carlos, and his family to finally arrest his wife Juliana.

Juliana has pending criminal charges with no prior convictions on her record. She deserves her day in court and the due process the constitution guarantees.

I was there with the family alongside other bystanders and witnessed what happened. Please help Carlos and his family during this time. Both Carlos and his wife lost their job as a consequence. They need help with essentials and support for the family. Any little bit will help because this battle they must face is long.
