For 18 years, Carl Lanore, host and founder of Super Human Radio Podcast, dedicated his life to bringing free, evidence-based information on health, wellness, longevity, fitness, peptides, and functional medicine to listeners around the world. Carl was always the first to jump in with guidance, research, and support whenever someone in the community was struggling with their health.

Now, Carl urgently needs our help.

Carl’s Health Crisis

In early January 2025, Carl became gravely ill with sepsis. On January 2nd, he was rushed to the hospital by ambulance, delirious from a severe blood infection. Doctors were forced to amputate an infected toe and begin IV antibiotics to save his life.

When he was discharged, his IV antibiotics were switched to oral medication—a change that may have triggered a catastrophic setback. His sepsis returned rapidly, and another ambulance rushed him back to the ER.

This time, doctors discovered bacterial vegetation had settled on his spine, requiring an urgent six-hour spinal surgery in March.

Carl’s road to recovery has been extremely difficult.

He is:

Struggling with profound insomnia

Possibly experiencing a sepsis-associated brain injury, which can cause symptoms similar to or worse than a traumatic brain injury

Living with debilitating lower-leg neuropathy caused by the strong antibiotics used to keep him alive

Experiencing severe balance issues and difficulty walking

A month ago, these neuropathy complications caused Carl to wreck his car in a Starbucks drive-thru, further compromising his independence and mobility.

We are currently searching for a specialist to address his suspected brain injury and guide the next steps in his recovery. Carl is fighting every day—but the medical toll has been crushing.
