Hello! My name is Samantha and I am reaching out to you on behalf of our beautiful Goddaughter, BrookLynn.

About a month ago BrookLynn was diagnosed with an Anomalous Coronary Artery (ACA). After multiple tests, it was found that her left coronary artery was connected to her heart at the wrong spot. It has grown through other muscles and vessels and is narrowing which restricts blood flow.

BrookLynn's ACA needs to be corrected with surgery. She has one more test scheduled the beginning of June then surgery will be following soon after. She is looking at 5 nights in the hospital and 5 weeks of recovery at home with multiple follow up appointments.

BrookLynn and her family are humbled by the outpouring of love and support they have received since her diagnosis. They are so thankful for all of you and for your prayers. I am asking you, on her family's behalf, to give what you can. If you are able to make a monetary donation towards medical costs they would be truly grateful!

$50 would cover lodging for one night (for John and Michelle)

$2,475 would cover the average cost of a night in the hospital

$25 would help cover gas to get to an appointment
