Hi, my name is Brooke and I’m starting this GoFundMe for my sister, Brittany, who is bravely fighting Stage 3 invasive ductal carcinoma. She means the world to me, and I’m doing everything I can to help support her through this difficult time.

She will begin the long and difficult journey of treatment next week. A path that will include chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation. Unfortunately, her last day of work will be October 10, 2025, as her doctors have advised her to focus fully on her health and recovery. Brittany is expected to be out of work for the foreseeable future, minimum of a year.

The diagnosis swept everyone off of their feet and has taken an emotional toll on the entire family. Between medical expenses and monthly living costs, the burden will become too heavy to carry alone. We’re hoping to raise funds to help cover her medical bills, help her husband with the mortgage/utilities, and basic necessities while she is unable to work.

Brittany has always been the one to show up for others; the first to offer help, encouragement, or a smile when you need it most. Now it’s our turn to show up for her. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward helping her focus on healing without the added stress of financial strain. Our family and her husband are greatly appreciative of the support that has been shown thus far. It is unforgettable.
