Justice for BriAnna: Help Fund Our Legal Fight

My name is BriAnna Plank and on April 4th we had been in my apartment for 13 days when I decided to get myself, my 3 month old and my 2 year old bathed to go to the park. During my shower my oldest son Azriel decided to take off his clothes and leave the apartment. He was found within minutes and police were called to find his parents. However, after lengthy discussion with the cop, he filed a report. I found out on May 18th he had filed for a warrant on April 5th which the judge signed off on April 28th. CPS did come out to the home on April 6th for a few minutes then left. They have not been back or in contact since. My court date is set for June 19th and I will need proper representation. In the report the cop makes claims that can easily be proven false if I am able to pay a private defense lawyer and get the footage and audio from chest cams of that day. I have a lawyer who will take the case but he will need 5k upfront. We believe I have a strong case to defend and due being retired from the Army and not working, I am asking for help to be able to pay my lawyer upfront so I may have a proper defense come June 19th, 2025.
