I was the one of two defendants in Pennsylvania to win an Anti-SLAPP motion under the state’s new law — a huge victory for free speech and those wrongfully targeted by frivolous lawsuits. The judge ruled in my favor and granted immunity and my attorney fees. But now, the plaintiffs are appealing, hoping to drag this out and bury me financially.

After already spending $75,000, I’ve run out of resources to keep fighting. I’m asking for your help to raise funds for the ongoing legal battle.
