My name is Nikki, and I’m asking for your help on behalf of my dear friend, Azoze, and his family in Gaza.

Azoze comes from a large family that has been struggling to survive under the ongoing humanitarian crisis. His elderly parents rely on the family for food, medicine, and daily care, yet even the most basic necessities have become incredibly difficult to find.

Since the war began, their lives have been filled with fear, uncertainty, and repeated displacement.

Every day is a fight to find enough food, clean water, and essential supplies while trying to keep the family safe and together.

I am sharing their story because Azoze is my friend, and because no family should have to face these hardships alone.

Recently, Azoze has suffered an injury to his cervical spine which has impacted his nerves and has made it very difficult for him to find work.

Your kindness can help provide food, clean water, medicine, and other basic necessities that will make a real difference in their daily lives.

My friend's name is Abdulaziz Zedan.

His nickname is Azoze - pronounced: Ah-zouz.

He is a brother, an uncle, and a son, and is loved by many for his positive attitude, smarts, sense of humor, love of football (soccer for those of us in the US), and dedication to his family!

I am a graphic designer, and Azoze is a website developer. We met via Instagram around the time when the war began. I asked Azoze to help me write HTML for a couple of projects.

As time passed and conditions worsened, I stayed connected with Azoze and offered as much support as I could.

It's hard to imagine that someone close to your age, who works in a similar field as you and who is essentially your colleague, could be living through these circumstances.

I feel it's my duty to be of service to Azoze and his family, and any friend of mine, during a time of great need.

3. How the funds will be spent and how I plan to get them to the beneficiary:

All funds will be spent on basic necessities such as food and clean water, shelter, medicine, and hygiene care. Funds will be distributed to the beneficiary via Western Union to a family member.
