Hi Friends,
Thank you so much for being so generous towards Auden and her family during her battle with cancer. I am creating this GoFundMe for Auden as she has relapsed with cancer for a third time. Her battle has been filled with real challenges and hard decisions and after much thought, Auden has decided to forgo treatment and spend her time finding comfort, joy, and art with the people she loves.
Auden is 22 and with grace she has curated a few of her many wishes into the following (more immediate) list that we can help to make possible:
- Funding for travel to see more of the beautiful nature this world has to offer
- Wellness retreats, practitioners, and medications that will relieve some of Auden's pain (many are out of pocket expenses)
- As the cancer progresses, Auden has been having trouble eating. Without being able to work, we are finding a need for a larger budget for fresh produce and foods so she can eat comfortably
- Auden and Sela are planning a ceremony to celebrate the beauty and power of their love. This will take place in April and they would like to go on a honeymoon as well
- Lastly, Auden would like to cover her funeral costs for her family
This has been a difficult time for Auden and her family, but the focus is finding joyful moments, purpose and happiness. Together, we can support celebrating the important things so Auden can take advantage of the time she does have.
