Stand with AO

On January 15, 2021 Amanda Overcash went for a routine mammogram screening and learned she has breast cancer. Throughout the next weeks she would go through a whirlwind of doctor visits, scans, biopsies and receive an overwhelming amount of information. During the upcoming weeks and months Amanda will face various treatments such as surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation. 

If you ask Amanda's friends and acquaintances to describe her they would use words like selfless, kind and genuine. Amanda is known for helping people and animals anyway she can- even if that means forgoing her own needs. Amanda and her husband Mike share their lives with their family of dogs, a cat and chickens. In addition to the everyday costs associated with living and caring for their pets, they are now faced with mounding medical bills and reduced hours at work.
