Rally Around Angie in Her Fight for Healing
Angie does not deserve this. No one does.

Just last year, Angie moved into her very first house. It was a fresh start, a place where she began embracing life fully. She filled her days with the little things that brought her joy: going to the movies, playing with her dogs, taking small trips, feeding the neighborhood cat, scattering seed for the birds, and watching Brandon work in the yard. She truly mastered the art of enjoying the moments, savoring life one simple joy at a time.

That’s who Angie is. She has carried so many devastating challenges in life — battles that would have broken many — yet she has always pushed through with quiet strength and found ways to smile, to laugh, and to love. She doesn’t deserve for all of that to be interrupted by this.
This past week, Angie was told she has inoperable high-grade stromal sarcoma. Which means, chemo and other various forms of medicine are the methods to be discussed.
Not only discussed, but heavily weighed.
Today (10/1) we have a meeting with the general oncologist. This is the meeting we have wanted as it will give us more information and a plan of attack on this cancer.
We also have a meeting with two other surgical oncologists who will tell us if they think this cancer is operable or inoperable. And another meeting with a general oncologist at the City of Hope.
But ultimately, We believe in God, in His miracles, and in the healing power of Jesus. Angie’s life is in His hands, and we are standing in faith for her healing.

When pain overwhelms her, so does the weight of fear. The good moments feel fleeting; the hard moments, crushing. As she often says: “I prepare for the worst and hope for the best.” But Angie deserves more than preparing for the worst — she deserves relief, hope, and life.

Her sons are walking this road with her. Brandon, her primary caregiver, has given himself completely to her care — managing medications, comforting her through long nights, carrying her when she cannot move, and making her laugh even through tears. He rarely sleeps. On top of it, he has been working to finish school and his book — a dream not only of his, but of Angie’s as well. It would mean everything to her to see her son’s work completed.

Adam, her other son, loves and cares for his mom deeply, carrying his own heartache while showing up in the ways he knows how. This fight weighs on both of them, differently but heavily.

But Angie and her boys cannot do this alone. They need a village.
So many people have asked: “How can I help?” This is how.
Ways You Can Support Angie
Pray — for Angie’s healing, for God’s peace to calm her fear, and for strength for her family.

Be Supportive — Send a meal (she needs high-protein, easy-to-digest foods) , a text , a prayer to Brandon, he can share with her.

Give — donations will provide comfort items, medical needs, healthy meals, and financial relief for Brandon as he sacrifices everything to care for her.

Offer guidance and advice — we are new to this and don’t know what to do next. If you have knowledge, connections, or insight, we are open and grateful.

How Donations Will Help
Your generosity will directly support Angie by covering:
Comfort items: pillows, blankets, socks, lotions, heating pads, and anything to ease her pain.

Nutritious meals: high-protein, easy-to-digest foods to keep her nourished and strong.

Medical needs: out-of-pocket costs for medications, supplies, and equipment not covered by insurance.

Household support: groceries, cleaning supplies, pet care, and day-to-day essentials.

Caregiver relief: easing the overwhelming 24/7 responsibility on Brandon so he can also care for himself while caring for Angie.

Guidance: helping us find the right doctors, specialists, and options faster.

Angie has given so much of herself through hardship. She finally began to experience joy again, savoring the little things she loved — her home, her animals, her family. She should not be defined by this diagnosis. She deserves comfort, healing, and the chance to keep living her life surrounded by love.
If you can give, thank you. If you can pray, thank you. Every act of love matters.
We believe this is not the end of Angie’s story. We believe in God’s healing. And we believe Angie’s life will be a testimony of His goodness and power.
