Stand with Angela Webb: Cancer Battle

Nobody wants to hear at 42 that they have cancer. Especially not someone with two little girls, a husband, and everything to live for.

I’m prepared to fight, but there are a lot of hurdles and the expenses will add up quickly.

Iowa City has a colorectal surgeon shortage, so we may have to go to Mayo, which is out of network for my insurance plan. I’ve had to give up some extra income in May and do not have enough sick time to get all of my time off paid, regardless of which direction we choose. Driving back and forth to Mayo or Iowa City will add up too.

I used to think infertility and invitro would be my story. Then, I thought it was raising a daughter with special needs. Now, I know that God is giving me my biggest test yet.
