Dear Family, Friends, and Kind Strangers,

I am writing this message with a full and grateful heart. Your incredible support, generosity, and love have meant the world to me and my family during this incredibly challenging time. Thanks to your contributions to my GoFundMe, we’ve been able to navigate the overwhelming financial burdens that came with my illness, especially during the four months when I was unable to work. Your kindness has helped us in more ways than words can express.

Health-wise, I am doing better, and I am deeply thankful for the progress I’ve made. However, this journey is far from over, and I still have a long road ahead. Knowing that I have such a strong support system behind me makes each step forward feel a little lighter.

ich schreibe diese Nachricht mit einem vollen und dankbaren Herzen. Eure unglaubliche Unterstützung, Großzügigkeit und Liebe haben mir und meiner Familie in dieser äußerst schwierigen Zeit unendlich viel bedeutet. Dank eurer Beiträge zu meinem GoFundMe konnten wir die überwältigenden finanziellen Belastungen bewältigen, die mit meiner Krankheit einhergingen, insbesondere in den vier Monaten, in denen ich nicht arbeiten konnte. Eure Freundlichkeit hat uns auf eine Weise geholfen, die Worte kaum ausdrücken können.

Gesundheitlich geht es mir besser, und ich bin zutiefst dankbar für die Fortschritte, die ich gemacht habe. Doch diese Reise ist noch lange nicht vorbei, und es liegt noch ein weiter Weg vor mir. Help Andreas and His Family Through a Medical Crisis

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

I am reaching out today with a heavy heart and an urgent plea for help. On April 29, 2024, my life took an unexpected and terrifying turn. I developed severe internal bleeding and vomited so much blood that by the time I reached the ER, I had only 3% of my blood left. The dedicated team at Sarasota Memorial Hospital managed to stop the bleeding, which originated from a vein at the bottom of my throat, and saved my life.

However, the news did not end there. In addition to the emergency, I was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. This diagnosis has been a devastating blow, not only to my health but also to our financial stability. Without health insurance, all the medical costs are out of pocket. We have exhausted every bit of our savings, and the bills continue to pile up.

I am currently unable to work, and the stress of mounting medical bills and daily living expenses is overwhelming. My wife and our two young daughters are trying to stay strong, but we need your help to get through this challenging time.

I have never been one to ask for money, but today I find myself in a position where I have no choice. We are fighting to stay afloat, and every little bit helps.
