Stand with Allan Bailey: Legal and Medical Aid Needed

I am a 61 year old, Ddisabled man with a left prosthetic leg and a half of a right foot. I went to florida to help my brother clear out his shop machnic by driving the forklift. About 2 week being there and had clear out his shop the Hillsbrough County Sheriff officers was dispached to 6301 Causeway Blvd Tampa, FL 33619. The officers were there because the owner of the property wanted us out said we broke in and was stealing. the owner was sell the property which he did do. But my brother was still allowed to be ther getting his custommers vehicles and his vehicles. That was the last few things we were getting and once we had those item gone then the land owner my brother was renting from could finish fixing up the property and sell it and agian that is what he did. But while the officers were there doing their investagating my Brother Curtis Bailey identified himself and the police determaned that there was no crime and let him go home. But when it came to me Allan Bailey it was also determined that I did not break any laws which all the charges was droped. But I was still arrested after I gave officers all the information except one, my ID. and under Florida Law, An individual may properly refuse to give his name or otherwise identify himself to law enforcement when he has not been lawfully arrested and prior to a lawful arrest.” Burkes v. State, 719 So.2d 29, 30 (Fla. 2d DCA 1998).
As you will see in the video in the first 20 or less that when officers asked for my ID i responded "Under threat of arrest I will ID. But the officers was butt hurt that someone knew his rights and did not have to ID if he has 1) broken a law. 2) Has not been placed under Arrest. I was not under arrest and had not broken a law. What I need help with is that my lawer said that they are in to change, Holding them accountable for the crimes they do. The officer in retaliation of me knowing my rights. I was also charged with Resisting an Officer Without Violence. In J.R. v. State, the Fifth District Court of Appeal reversed the lower court's finding that the defendant’s refusal to give his name to the police prior to being arrested constituted the offense of Resisting an Officer Without Violence J.R. v. State, 627 So.2d 126, 126–27 (Fla. 5th DCA 1993). Charged was also dropped because of J.R v State.
If at the time of the obstruction the officer is not engaged in the lawful execution of a legal duty, dismissal of the obstruction charge is proper. Id. (See also A.J.R. v. State, 206 So. 3d 140, 142–43 (Fla. 2d DCA 2016)).
the officer stated i refused to put my hand behind my back. you will see the officers knock me down and kept holding on to my arm proventing me from putting my hand behind my back. Because I fell and could not put my hands behind my back. You will see and hear that the officers took my left prosthetic leg and made me hop on my right half foot to the police vehicle. I fell and injered my right foot. I am a diabetic with neuropathy and could not feel it right then. I got a blister and after the biliste poped it became infected. So i have legal and medical bills
Below the police said i did not put my hands behind my back or ID myself. I did offer my ID by stating "Under Threat of Arrest I will ID" that and the officer stating that he will put me in the back of his police car is a threat. That gives me standing in a court room. the Police officers will lose their ququalify immunity and the police department.

Mr. Bailey did not comply with Law Enforcement verbal commands to place his hands behind his back or provide any identification information. At this time I placed Bailey in handcuffs under arrest for obstruction/ resisting arrest without violence. Incident search to arrest, Bailey was found to be inpossession of 2 white round pills labeled " 459" which were identified as an opioids narcotics analgesics viadrugs. com. The pills were located in a small metal container inside his pant' s pocket.
The 2 white pills were my pain medication which I had a script for. After my lawyer gave the Distric Attorney office my perscription that the police officers did not care if i had a perscription for. They jamed me up even more by caused my bail to be $8,000 more for that.

Deputy Diaz Rodriguez told me “You’re going to be in the back of my patrol car in a couple of seconds if you don’t give me your ID, how about that?”
Deputy Diaz Rodriguez then grabbed me abruptly and began to handcuff him. Mr. Bailey then fell to the ground and his prosthetic leg fell off. He was transported to the county jail and booked for Resisting an Officer Without Violence
Now I have a Civil Rights Law suite with Hillsbrough County Sheriff's Office and the 2 officers involved with my arrest. I also have a American With Disability Civil Rughts Violation because they took my prosthetic leg away and made me hop on a foot that I could not hop on but by a small amount that caused injury to my foot. I have now been fighting to keep what i have left of my right foot.
I am also a Foster Parent to 2 girls 5 and 8 years old. Because of the law with chrildren I can not tell anything about how this impact them. But the Fpster Parent company over my case with them, Threaten threaten to take them out of my home because of what the police done. I did not have to ID because of settled law and also if i did not have to ID i then did not have to tell the foster parent agency that i had an interaction with police if my name was not in the report. The police had already determind that there was not crime done when the officers wanted my ID they said it was needed just to do a report. but they were just itching to arrest someone.

I am not a edgcated law knolege person, but I need to pay for someone who is to defend my constitutional rights that police want to bully you and strip away your rights.

A disgrace to the police department and the professional and honest please that are there. but most of the other police offices in the jail harass me because I knew my rights and said to me "was it worth it", "Look where it got you", "that was dumb for you to do" the whole Hillsbough County Sheriff needs to be trained in out constional right
