On June 18, Alex Ortega was working when he was seriously injured in an unforeseen accident. He was immediately transported to a hospital via ambulance, where he was informed he had suffered an oblique fracture on both his tibia and fibula. Later that same day, he had to undergo a surgery to insert two medal rods in his leg. Although the surgery was a success, his road to recovery has just started. He will have to go through physical therapy to walk on his leg soon. Specialist have given him an estimate of 3-6 months to recover. On behalf of Alex and his family, we are asking for your support, as he will not be able to work until he is given the OK from his doctor. This puts a financial strain, as we all know the cost of living, food and shelter is expensive and without his income his family is now unable to keep up with all these bills, while trying to support his kids.
