Akın is fighting Grade 4 glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. Every month, he and his family must travel from Marmaris to Ankara for MRI scans, medical evaluations, and follow-up appointments.

Each trip means flights, 3 nights of accommodation, transportation, and daily expenses. With rent, household costs, and a 13-year-old child to care for, these repeated medical trips have placed a heavy financial burden on the family.

As Akın’s friends, we have been doing everything we can to support them, but we can no longer carry these costs alone.
