Hello, I'm Bernice the proud mother of Aj Hill. He was diagnosed at birth with Quadriplegic Spastic Cerebral Palsy. Due to lack of oxygen at birth. Aj has overcome many obstacles and have achieved what the doctors thought he wouldn't be able to. Aj really needs this stander to improve his muscles in his legs. He recently received Botox in his legs and a new set of AFOs.
With this stander he will be more likely to walk and run in the future.
We tried dozens of times to get Medicaid to pay, they wont. They say" Its not medically necessary ". Its ridiculous.
I hope that we all can donate a little.
Every bit counts. If Aj could get this Stander his life will change dramatically. He will be able to view things differently, play with his little sister at her height.
He will benefit socially and physically.

In the NICU after Aj was born, we were told so many disappointing things. But Aj isnt a disappointment. He's a warrior!!
