Stand with Ahmed Eshun in His Tough Time

Friends, Family, & Kind Strangers,

We are reaching out to you with a heavy heart as we ask for help on behalf of our beloved coworker, Ahmed Eshun. He is a hardworking man with a vibrant attitude and a great sense of humor.

Mr. Eshun made a tough decision to surgically remove a benign tumor in his head, which has been causing persistent migraines. His surgery was scheduled on the morning of May 17, 2024. He went in with good spirits as he was told that he would be discharged and on the way to recovery two days after the procedure. On May 18, 2024, we received the heart-wrenching news of complications that occurred, which has left Mr. Eshun on life support.

Mr. Eshun is the breadwinner for his family who currently lives in Ghana; making sure that his wife, 2 small children, and elderly parents are well taken care of. Every donation, no matter the size, is of remarkable importance and is greatly appreciated. Your contributions will alleviate the financial burden that Mr. Eshun and his family will face in the immediate future.

UPDATE (6/4/24): Thank you for the outpouring of support through your thoughts, prayers, sharing, & donating. We appreciate each and every single one of you! At this time, Mr. Eshun continues to be in critical condition. Another colleague is in frequent contact with Mr. Eshun’s family in Ghana and an uncle who resides in New York. We will continue to update as soon as we receive further news.

UPDATE (6/5/24): It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of our dearest Ahmed Eshun on the morning of June 5, 2024. Mr. Eshun was a beloved son, brother, father, husband, colleague, and a friend who will be greatly missed. Please continue to keep Ahmed Eshun and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
