Rally for Adrian: Road to Recovery
We are members of an awesome karting community, and karting isn’t just about racing—it’s about friendship, support, and family.
On the morning of May 18th, one of our cadet karters, Adrian Vargas, was involved in a horrific wreck during controlled practice at Gulf Coast Karters in Katy, TX. He was taken to the ER and then subsequently airlifted to a Level 1 Trauma Center in Houston. Adrian is just a kid and has sustained multiple injuries that will require a long and difficult road to recovery.
As karters, we aren’t just racers—we’re a family. And when one of our own, especially one of our kids, is hurting, we rally together. I know this incredible karting community will come through for them, just as they have for all of us.
Let’s show the strength of our community. Let’s lift Adrian and his family up.
Please keep Adrian, Mike, Mari, Nayeli, and the rest of the Vargas family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate the weeks and months ahead. This is every parent's worst nightmare, and they need all the love and support we can give.
