Stand with Adewale Against Injustice

I am Adewale Ebenezer Jones, a second year Doctorate degree of Osteopathic Medicine Student at a US-based medical school as of December 15,2023. I am a foreign medical graduate who is determined, hardworking and devoted to helping other people, especially my patients. I was raised by my Mom,Eye Eji, who is already 80 years old and has not seen me since 2012. From my childhood days growing up in Nigeria, I dedicated myself to successfully negotiate my way to career fulfillment and successful family life. Adewale determination which I have possessed from childhood. True to form,I graduated from my masters degree with summa cum laude(3.82/4) GPA. This was rewarded with admission into the medical school of the graduating institution where I got my masters degree. I was one of the two black male students in my class of 168 and the only black male student in the class after two semesters.

Before the admission,I was employed by the Public Safety Department of the same university before I was transferred to a satellite campus where I was mistreated by the employees of Allied Universal, a contractor to the university, senior employee(s) of the Public Safety Department of the same university and subsequently by the administrators of the university which included being surrounded by the police on campus with the intention to possibly arrest me in the presence of my classmates. Then, I was trailed by the police at 6 feet for days to weeks. I was investigated by the Clearwater Police,Florida and the local FBI who cleared me of being a threat in any way. I was made to see two different top notch Psychiatrists within four months interval and both Psychiatrists cleared me of any illnesses. I was mandated to get therapy from Psychologists against my wish and I was subjected to dehumanizing questioning despite my objections to such.

When that did not work, I was set up with women from school. Some of who posed as friendly only to turn around to try to implicate me. I was also accused of Shamanism and voodoo practices to hurt people. They then went ahead and accused me of promoting cheating, stalking white women and exposing myself to women during a clinical examination for which I was investigated and tried by the university for months without success. I was dismissed from medical school after all these accusations and plots for academic failure when I actually did not fail out of school.

They did not stop there. I was even coerced for a confession all in a bid to prevent me from seeking justice after dismissal from school. I was then further investigated with my apartment searched by “spectrum” to prevent me from committing mass killings after my dismissal from school. I wanted to seek justice the American way. So, I resorted to driving Uber to support myself and to save money to hire a lawyer which I was not able to do. I have accumulated over $233000 in tuition, accommodation and other fees for the 3 years I was at this university. I know I have a case to prove in court. I am seeking the help and support of you good and kind Americans to support me in filing a lawsuit to clear my name and my reputation. I do not see a career ahead of me without this and I am beginning to self-doubt and self-destruct. I have no idea what it would cost, may be $100000. I only know I am going against an institution with an endless pocket of endowment funds. I resorted to this as a final step to stop further encroachment from the university and to seek support for litigation against this injustice.
