Hey, my name is Leslie. I’m starting this GoFundMe for a dear friend/co-worker of mine, Adena Potts. She has recently been diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma, which has caused kidney failure. She is having to have a kidney removed ASAP because the mass has taken over and is too big to just remove now. A doctor found this last year according to her medical charts but never discussed it with her, and now the mass has almost doubled in size and will require removal of the kidney along with chemotherapy and radiation. Adena is the most selfless person I know and would do anything for anyone. She has worked at the Country Squire in Iuka for years and is the backbone holding it together. But as most people know, most restaurants don’t offer health insurance, especially ones that are only open a few days a week. So this will be a HUGE burden on her family as she will need extensive time off work along with medical bills and treatment. Adena has 3 kids, 2 of which are teenagers and attend Tishomingo County School, and 2 grandchildren. If you will, please keep her and her family in your prayers and consider donating.
