Stand with Adam's Family in Their Time of Need

On May 5th Adam had an abscess rupture in his thigh where he then went to the emergency room, was seen and abruptly discharged with out receiving bloodwork, CT or ultrasound just over the counter antibiotics and pain meds.
Within 24 hours of discharge he began to fall VERY ill - fever, chills, vomiting, weak and in a lot of pain - he could barely walk.
Upon returning to the emergency room He was diagnosed with Sepsis, an infection of the blood, which is very dangerous and can be extremely deadly.
He since then underwent 2 surgeries to remove the infection, was in-patient care for the next 8 days (May6th- 14th) with his partner Michelle by his side night and day leaving their daughters at home so that she could be there for not only for mental and emotional support but very much advocating for his medical needs, working with providers to give him the best care possible; This was especially necessary after multiple early discharge attempts that could’ve left him in a very dangerous position health wise had she not been there to press for him to have the attention and care he needed.
Because Adam was admitted the day prior to starting a new job, falling without insurance and the need for Michelle’s advocacy, emotional and physical support both during and after treatment, medical and household bills are stacking up.
Adam is still in recovery, is mostly bedridden and requires constant care with his his surgical sight packing (bandage removal/repacking with gauze and cleaning) medication, food and not to mention taking care of their beautiful two young daughters rendering both him and Michelle out of work on this road to recovery.
Adam, Michelle, Rowen & Leni send a BIG Thank You to everyone who can and has shown their support, called, messaged and come by to help and check in anyway they could. ❤️
