We need to have Adam's back for this fight of his life

What can I say? Adam is one of my best friends. Probably the closest thing I have to a brother. We met in Paramedic school 27 years ago and have been inseparable ever since. He was a great Paramedic with a knack for dealing with some of the most chaotic scenes imaginable.

The bottom line is he is an amazing Father, Son and, well, Brother. A Great guy who had an incredible career which has been unfortunately cut short.

Nearly 2 years ago Adam was diagnosed Stage 4 Metastatic Thyroid Cancer. It is in his bones and obviously very painful. Apart from his appointments at the Cancer Center he's not able to get out and around. There is no cure for this, just treatment to mitigate rapid growth and radiation to hopefully alleviate the pain from larger tumors that develop quickly.

He's on a fixed income, his mother must be absolutely exhausted and as things advance so do expenses and ultimately relocating to a new home is in the near future. I hope this can help him with moving expenses, any equipment not covered by insurance(which is a lot) groceries and other mounting expenses.

I think that anyone who knows Adam should know about his condition and hopefully be able to help out by donating and/or sharing this with others who may know him or be sympathetic to his cause.
