But her struggle doesn’t stop there—she has spent a lifetime battling Lyme disease, an illness that has robbed her health, her stability, and now, threatens her ability to receive the care she desperately needs.

She’s on the verge of being committed to psychiatric care, and yet—even that road is filled with barriers.

She has Medicare, but not the means to afford the gas to get to a life-saving day program. She has fought tirelessly for years, but today—she cannot fight this battle alone. She needs US.
