Stand with a Principal Against Unfair Dismissal

I'm being terminated from my elementary principal postion for being an out lesbian.
Obviously, the District is smart enough to not put being gay as the reason. I was put out on leave Aug 27th. No warnings, no conversations. For me to fight this wrongful termination it could cost me about 6-10k to take it to arbitration. I've never felt this type of discrimination before, and it's probably the worst I've ever felt in my life. I've put so much money into this career, and to have this happen is mind-blowing. I'm not sure what I'm going to do, if I'll leave education and do something different or if I'll try another District.
I've never had a write-up, I've never had a grievance, and I've never even been spoken to at any point. I was told by HR, the Board, and the Super that they loved me, things were great, and they wanted to keep me for years, etc. But, because I got engaged in July and started wearing a ring, word got out, and this is what was the result from me loving another woman.
So I have to decide by Monday at 5 pm if I let them terminate me or I take a Nov and Dec pay and resign.
And of course, I'll refund if I decide to not move forward.
Appreciate the support on the previous post. I'll keep everyone posted as I decide my fate.
