My brother Marky was diagnosed in March with stage 4 Lung Cancer that has metastasized to his spleen & bones.  
Before the shock of his condition,  he had an extremely painful lower back that he thought was his sciatica but the pain would not subside with any medication.   The pain progressively got worse & unbearable, accompanied by excessive weight loss which finally made him see the doctor. 
  ......  By then, he was already so ill they admitted him to the Cancer Center where they started immediately with radiation.   He spent close to 2 weeks there.

He is currently undergoing chemotherapy  & immunotherapy.   He has good days where he shows glimpses of who he really is, the jolly, outgoing,  funny, all around great guy with a heart of gold & the gift of gab.  However,  more often he is too sick to even talk.  It's heartbreaking.   I have never seen him so thin.  He is loosing weight very rapidly.   
My sister's Nina & Gina & niece Cesca & myself just spent some precious time with him & his family in Wichita.   Our being there lifted his spirits & our cooking opened his appetite but not for long as the effects of his treatment just knocks him down. 
Marky has always been an energetic go getter & very hard successful salesman in his field.   This has truly been a battle for him & the family,  they have been playing the hand they've been dealt as best as they can. 
However, it would really help them if we can stack the deck in his favor. 
Yvonne is the one working now but the Bill's have been coming in.  
Please help him not have to worry about the financial situation so he can concentrate on beating cancer.
