Hello, we're the volunteer team from the Thrapston Nene Valley Park Project. We're creating and maintaining a beautiful riverside park in Thrapston, Northamptonshire - the heart of the Nene Valley.

We rely on donations and grants to help us transform the area from a wasteland and scrubland into a park for families and friends to enjoy and nature to thrive.

Some of the funds raised last year went towards buying and planting native trees for the park, like beautiful Cherry Blossom - which provide food and shelter for local wildlife.

Unfortunately, over the last few days, vandals have destroyed many of the new trees with hacksaws.

We're fundraising to replace the trees so we can continue our work for the benefit of the many who enjoy the natural and health benefits of our park, and to provide for the amazing wildlife we're so lucky to have here.
