Help Hire a Medical Expert and cover future medical cost for Jenasse

Earlier in 2024, Jenasse went into the hospital for what was communicated as a routine procedure for a tumor removal on her foot. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward process and a 2-part surgery turned into a nightmare. She has now had over 6 major surgeries with multiple smaller surgeries as well. Her life has forever been altered. Due to what we believe to be medical malpractice/neglect, her condition worsened dramatically. Despite several red flags, warnings, and Jenasse communicating with the medical staff, they did not take adequate action to address her deteriorating condition, resulting in her being wheelchair-bound with excruciating non-stop pain. She has permanent nerve damage and has not been able to walk in over 10 months. The surgeon and Jenasse are not sure that she will ever walk again. If she ever does walk again, it will definitely not be the same, and she will be in constant pain. If she cannot walk again, amputation is a possibility.

Now, she is pursuing legal action for medical malpractice/neglect to ensure accountability and prevent this from happening to anyone else. However, in order to make her case strong enough to stand up in arbitration, she needs to hire a qualified medical expert to review the records, provide a detailed assessment of the care provided, and testify on her behalf. This expert costs a significant amount of money, and I am asking for your support in raising the necessary funds to cover the legal fees and further medical fees. Without this testimony, she risks losing the opportunity to hold those responsible accountable and prevent further harm.
