Hello, my name is Zacchaeus Sanders.

I recently had open brain surgery on August 6th due to a tumor growth in my brain. I will be out of work for the next 6 months as I am in recovery. I am on dire restrictions: no lifting, no working, and no driving. I am in dire need of assistance as my short-term disability claim was denied.
