Update: Tirrell has gained parts of his memory back and is still working with pt/ot to help him recover. He is not home yet but when he is his kids and wife will be over joyed to have him back as they miss him terribly. Thank you for all your support. The road is still long but we could not have asked for a better outcome.

Update: They removed his intubation. So the breathing and feeding tubes are removed. He is breathing on his own, smiling and trying to talk. Very groggy from everything but we are so happy this is the best possible thing to happen. He will have an MRI tomorrow to get a clear understanding of any problems going forward but we are optimistic. His children are coming to see him for the first time today. Thank you all for everything you’ve done and checking in.

Update: Tirrell is still in the ICU on a ventilator and EEG monitor. He has some awareness of where he is and people around him. he is awake and breathing around the vent. They may be moving the ventilator today. He has a long journey ahead of him.

As most, if not all, of you know, the Dantes are a family of 6 who are well involved in the Veneta community and are very loved and cherished.

It’s with a heavy heart that I announce on 08/06/2025, Tirrell Dante, father of 4 and husband to Katrina Dante, was involved in a horrible accident/medical emergency and is now fighting for his life at Riverbend Hospital.

With Katrina and Tirrell unable to work, I am making a GoFundMe to help them get through this horrifying time in their life. This is to pay for anything from groceries to bills that are quickly accumulating.
