Around August of 2023, my daughter Tina, was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. She had a total hysterectomy and they took the surrounding lymph nodes to see if the cancer had spread. It did not.
Fast forward to this past April, she went to the emergency room with chest pains. In the process of testing for that, they ran a CT scan, in which they found enlarged lymph nodes in three spots in her abdomen. April 29th she went for a biopsy and it showed that the cancer had metastasized and it is not curable. But with treatments it can be controlled. She has to go through 6 treatments ( she had the 1st one June 5th) of chemo/immunotherapy (keytruda). After three treatments she will have another CT scan to see if it is shrinking the nodes.
Because of the dr appointments and treatments, she is missing work, which it is making it extremely hard to pay bills. Plus the medical bills have started coming in. We share household expenses, I'm only on social security. So because of the lack of income, we are falling behind and are asking for help to keep our utilities on. And for help with the medical bills. Any help would be greatly appreciated and if you are unable to donate, please share.
Thank you for taking time to read this.
