Stand by Tieh: A Horseman's Road to Recovery

Hi there, my name is Cassidy, and the man you see in the photos is one of my three big brothers, Tieh ("Ty"). Tieh was struck by an airborne UTV in Tombstone, AZ on the evening of April 9th as he was leaving his property, and came less than a few inches from losing his life. He is forever impacted by the recklessness of others.

Ultimately, the purpose of this GoFundMe is to raise funds to help him with legal costs, help him obtain a new daily vehicle, and to help him get through the next few months with minimal work (and now medical costs) due to the fracturing of some vertebrae in his neck.

But for me, the purpose of this GoFundMe is to help show this man, my big brother, his impact - he is truly one of the best people I have ever met, and I promise you that I do not sit here and write this because I am his family, but because it is true. I have seen this man, time and time again, suffer for the comfort of others. He is honest, he is the definition of hard working, his passion is unparalleled, and he is the most gentle giant and loving horseman to his herd that I have ever witnessed firsthand. Tieh trailers multiple loads of horses 5+ hours north to Prescott every summer to teach children equine etiquette, and oh my goodness, do the kiddos love him. This man cares until he has nothing left, often times to his own detriment. It's one of the things I admire the most about him.

Anyways, my big brother is probably close to a full year of dedicated sobriety, and has really, truly spent every minute of that time working to reintroduce himself and find purpose and love and God and joy in life again. Please, help me show this man the weight he holds for his people.
