Stand by Thomas Durm in His Fight Against Sepsis and Cancer

To know Thomas Durm is to love Thomas Durm.

Throughout the summer of 2024 Thomas would complain of digestive issues. These issues would

come and go so he just figured something he was eating was disagreeing with him. Finally January 16 Thomas went to the ER. Here they discovered a mass in his colon. They performed emergency surgery to remove the mass. Doctors were able to repair the colon. On January 20th Thomas’ colon separated and caused him to go septic. Thomas has been in and out of surgeries since then. He also received word that the mass is cancer but Doctors are still trying to figure out the source of cancer. They believe it developed somewhere else in his body and broke off and then lodged in his colon. Once Thomas leaves the hospital he will need to go to rehab to build up his strength again. Then if that isn’t enough still need to figure out about how to treat the cancer but he needs ti be healed before that can be started. Thomas has a long road of recovery ahead. This fundraiser is so he doesn’t need to worry about any costs that will be incurred. Due to all the ongoing medical issues he will not be able to work for a while. Thank you in advance for your help.
