Stand by Tammy During Her Cancer Journey

My name is Katy Edwards, one of Tammy’s good friends, I’m putting together this GoFundMe page for her to support her through her lung cancer diagnosis. She recently had a routine CT scan, as she does annually, and it showed a suspicious nodule in her lung. She had a biopsy which confirmed the lung cancer diagnosis. She will undergo surgery on May 21st to have it removed and will be out of work for 6-8 weeks. After she recovers she may need treatment, at this time we aren’t sure. With mounting medical bills, time off of work, the help she will need with recovery and potential further treatment she could really use some help! Her whole life she has dedicated to helping others. Those who know Tammy would say she would give the shirt off of her own back to a complete stranger. She has the biggest heart of anyone I know and to help her through this stressful and unknown path would greatly help I know.
