Friends and family of Tailgate,

We are sad to announce that our doors will be temporarily closing on the 28th of February. Our lease is up, and we just simply haven’t finished our new beautiful building! Unfortunately, for our whole staff this is a huge hit in our lives for so many different reasons. Most of our staff has been working at tailgate for years, and we have been lucky enough to forge lasting relationships with so many people from so many different walks of life. We will miss you all so, so much.

Right now, there is no projected time for when the new building will be finished. We will send updates through our Facebook page as they come, but rest assured we are still working diligently to try and get your favorite local sports bar back up and running with all the familiar faces you love!

In light of this news, we are asking for donations for our staff to hopefully help a little bit financially while we all figure out what we will be doing during this interim period. If you don’t want to donate, that’s okay too! We will be holding a “last bash” fundraiser on Saturday the 22nd of February to send off the staff and give everyone a chance to get together and reminisce about their favorite memories at Tailgate one last time! Details of the fundraiser will also be announced on our Facebook page has we get it organized!

Any and all donations will be split equally amongst all of the staff, front and back of house. ❤️

Thank you all for some of the best years in so many of our lives. We are sad to have to leave for a bit, but so hopeful it’ll all be worth it when we have our big building up and running with sooo many different surprises for you all ❤️ we love our community and all those in it, and we can’t wait to see you all again soon! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continuous support!
