Stand by Sofia: A Mom's Fight Against Cancer

Hello, my name is Daniela, and I am raising funds for my dear friend Sofia Cisneros, who was recently hospitalized due to a fall. While there, she had a CT scan done, where they found that she had two fractures on her pelvis. Thankfully, she didn't need to have surgery for those fractures, which was good, but that good news was short-lived. Her doctor came in and told her they also found a mass in one of her kidneys. She was referred to a urologist who confirmed the mass was cancerous. So now she has been out of work recovering from her fall (fractured pelvis) and from a surgery she had on April 21st for partial removal of her kidney. It's been four long months, and she is behind on rent and bills. She's a single mother and is trying to keep a roof over their heads while she recovers and is able to go back to work.
