Support Hoback Junction Collision Victim “Shane Millward”
Donation protected
My friend Shane was in a head on collision on his drive to work. Shane did not receive any citations and was at no fault while the driver of the other vehicle involved received multiple citations. Shane was immediately transported to the emergency room. The CT scans, X-rays and MRI’s revealed multiple fractures from C5 through C7 and he had a neck fusion of C6 and C7 procedure done on 1-20-25. The collision took place on 11-20-24 and he has been unable to work since. The scans also revealed herniation of the L5,S1 and S2 discs in specified vertebrae. He will be having artificial discs placed in these conjunctions as soon as possible. He has undergone multiple procedures including injections of Cortisone and disc shaving but quite frankly has no choice but to have the artificial discs placed in these locations. This situation has paralyzed his life but not his drive to overcome the obstacles he will face. The sad truth is that his life collapsed in a split second as mirrored by the damage to the brand new work truck he was driving. Unfortunately Wyoming Compensation Department, Wyoming Board of Labor and Social Security Department are not currently providing any support and the hardships are piling up faster and faster. He is a good, honest, hardworking individual whom puts everyone else before himself. This is the time for him to accept help from others and get his health in order. Currently his medical bills have exceeded $230,000 and are climbing weekly. He needs help and is always the last person to ask but is asking now. He has limited resources available and few family members in the area. He has been working relentlessly in Jackson Wyoming for the last year and doesn’t have many people left to support him at home in Idaho Falls where his procedures are taking place. Long story short is he is in need of help from friends, family, and his community to get through this catastrophic situation… if you are not able to donate please share this post with as many people as possible and pray for him. If you are reading this final sentence God Bless You!
