Hi, my name is Britt Einerson, I am Sam Stoeger's sister in-law, and I’m fundraising for Sam, a kind, resilient, and much-loved friend/family member who is currently facing one of the most difficult times of her life along with her very supportive fiancé, Matt Schad.

Sam was recently hospitalized for five weeks due to serious complications from liver disease. What began as a health concern quickly turned into a life-threatening condition that required intensive treatment, time, and strength to survive.

Because of this sudden and prolonged illness, Sam and Matt have had to postpone their wedding, a moment they had been joyfully planning and looking forward to. Sam is also unable to work during this time and isn’t receiving any income. Matt has had to delay tours to help assist Sam, making day-to-day expenses an added stress during an already overwhelming time.

Funds raised will go directly toward:

• Medical bills and follow-up care

• Rent, groceries, hotel stays and essential living expenses

• Rebuilding after this difficult period — and hopefully getting back to planning their dream wedding when health allows

Anyone who knows Sam and Matt knows how generous, loving, and strong they are. Now it’s our turn to show them that they’re not alone.
