My name is Quin and on the behalf of my son Elijah I am coming forward as a mom, a teen mom to request for support. Elijah Isaiah, my oldest of my three children. The one that I call on and depend on around the house to help me with his younger siblings.

Elijah was involved in a auto-pedi tragedy on June 6,2025 at 4:39 pm. My son was out enjoying his summer riding his bicycle on a Friday. He just completed his 8th grade year. We had many things to look forward to for this summer before freshman year of highschool. Summer camp with Redemption church, family reunions, and water activities. Baseball recently became one of his interest to play this school year. I had many plans and precautions in place for the summer to keep him busy and active. Until He was struck by a Ford pick up Truck. These people presented expired insurance to the police and the police did not check for validation. My Baby sustained Brain damage defined as Diffuse Axonal Injury. This injury effects the nerve signals that send messages to the different organs in your body. He also attained blows to the abdomen that presented a hole in his small intestines that was a size equivalent to a quarter. I am asking for support for us to continue to have access to the basic necessities of life such as lodging and meals while being in a medical and rehab facility. These funds will cover travel to and from hospital and rehab facilities and expenses to be closer to one of the best rehab facilities in the country. Your support is sincerely appreciated.
