This is for my husband, my hero, and wonderful daddy, and grandpa, Lewis "Preston" Brown.
Preston, now 69, has been fighting cancer since he was 24. First, he had his surgery performed by Dr. Al-Hajj at Thomas Memorial Hospital. Then, two years later, he spent six months at the National Institute of Health, where he underwent more surgeries and radiation therapy. Since then, he has had numerous surgeries. Now, he is in Ruby Memorial in Morgantown, WV, having the worst of all—amputating his leg and hip. Preston is a fighter, has the will to live. I ask everyone to pray; pray hard for God to guide these surgeons and help Preston through this terrible ordeal. Also, if anyone finds it in their heart to donate, I will thank you now. He will have several trips back to Ruby, I'm sure, for his prosthetic and more expenses—more than we could imagine. So, all prayers and donations are appreciated. Again, thank you.
