My name is Dave Papritz and I am a good friend of Pete Krentz. I am trying to help Pete raise funds to cover his monthly expenses in the wake of a serious accident he recently experienced. Pete is a kind and gracious man who showed care and compassion to my sister-in-law as she went through her final fight with cancer. On October 3rd, Pete was struck by a car at an intersection while riding an electric scooter as he returned from work. His injuries were significant. He was rushed to a local hospital where he was in a coma for 8 days. In addition to a significant brain injury (concussion) and a rod inserted in his broken right leg, he also sustained broken ribs and toes as well as a severe injury to his right shoulder requiring significant surgical repair. His skull was fractured, resulting in a brain bleed, and he continues to struggle with balance when standing and reading.

Pete has not been able to work since the accident and faces challenges in meeting his monthly expenses. He is undergoing physical therapy to facilitate his recovery, but there is much work ahead for him.

I know Pete would greatly appreciate any support you might be able to provide. He is determined to heal and progress while leaning on his faith in Jesus Christ.
