Help Niki Fight Breast Cancer & Support Her Beautiful Family

Our beloved Niki—wife, mother of five, daughter, and fiercely loyal friend—was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 invasive ductal carcinoma, an aggressive form of breast cancer. Her diagnosis came suddenly in mid-May, turning her family’s world upside down in an instant.

At just 43, Niki is now beginning the fight of her life. On June 9th, she began her first round of intense chemotherapy—known as the “Red Devil” for good reason. This is only the beginning. Her treatment plan includes months of chemotherapy, a double mastectomy in the coming weeks, and radiation. If all goes well, she may eventually qualify for reconstructive surgery.

Despite all of this, Niki’s first concern has never been herself—it’s always her five beautiful children. Her husband has had to step back from work to care for her and the kids full-time. Her mother, who lives over 3,000 miles away, is caring for Niki’s father who is also battling cancer. The emotional, physical, and financial weight on this family is beyond what any one family should bear.

Niki is the kind of person who shows up—for everyone. The first to bring food, the first to hold your hand when life gets hard. Now, she needs us to show up for her.
